Need help removing roof antenna..

Does anyone know how to remove the roof antenna and putting it back? im trying to do a vinyl overlay on the roof but my Z come w/ nav so

Does anyone know how to remove the roof antenna and putting it back? im trying to do a vinyl overlay on the roof but my Z come w/ nav so the antenna is the problem for me right now..thanks..
