Thankfully there arent too many exposed sensors under the hood. I would just make sure you dont get anything on the MAF connections.

I daily drive with my vented hood and no issues yet. Granted I park in a garage at work and a garage at home.

FWIW, I use a pressure washer for washing the car. I had the Seibon TS style hood on for a couple of years and never had an issue.
