Whining noise coming from door panel

Noticed a few noises today, one is a whine noise coming from the doors when the z automatically locks the doors while driving.

Another issue maybe unrelated is windows being slower than usual and almost weak when rolling up windows. Anyone else have these issues? Which parts to replace?

How long does the whine last? Does it whine when unlocking/locking manually if you hold the button? My wild guess is that it's something loose on the lock actuator or it's mount. Or possibly low voltage (corroded connector where door harness connects to body maybe).

It may need some adjustment and/or cleaning of the mechanism. Or possibly low voltage.

Wiring diagrams, exploded assembly views, etc are in the FSM.

Whines when it auto locks as soon as you start driving.

I'm having the same problem started on the drivers side. 2 days later the drivers side lock stopped working no sound . 2 weeks later the passengers side starting making a noise when unlocking and locking and has stopped working. My thoughts are maybe the actuator. checked fuses are all fine. car has only 60k for KMs. Actuators aren't cheap. Dealership wants $1000 to replace one and labour Canadian dollars.Any thoughts or suggestions. Is there a repair kit for the lock actuator?
