So, from leaving the dealership day one, let me explain this, the tech will connect to my phone via Bluetooth, my issue is no audio goes through says connected but no phone call, no YouTube Pandora nothing, it continues to go through my phone, here is the thing when i got my car i had a Android max 2, I got a Galaxy 8 Plus, now for whatever reason if i make a phone call it goes through, but media audio does not, that's what i really want to play music obviously, so if anyone has had this issue and can help i'd be very happy for some help!

check the audio play back setting on the car. I had the samething when I change phone. I had the setting to only use the new phone for call not for playing music
