Hey FilipOO, ... your dash looks great. Since the product is not available in North America, would you be willing to help out with a "group buy" if there is enough interest in members from the U.S.A and Canada? It would mean sourcing the product at your end and sending a bulk shipment to a member over here ... who could then arrange for distribution to the other members. Payment arrangements could be made in advance. I'm sure the members would be willing to pay you a small commission for your trouble. Anyway, let me know what you think.

Gotta say I'm not too crazy about the idea, but at the same time, I wanna help forum members out, since this forum has helped me tremendously so far.

I'd be happiest if someone else would test the product and confirm the functionality of the product, just to make sure we're all at the same page, and it's not just me who's happy with the product. After that I'd be happy to help out with a group buy and sending to one location overseas, where you guys can help distribute it to whomever is interested.
One other note - this product comes in an overkill packaging of 1 liter, whereas you need so little of it, it makes little sense to buy so many large packagings. I would instead suggest buying a few and dividing them in half or something, since there's a LOT of it for one person/one car.

I agree that a second beta test to confirm the product's functionality would be nice, but I suspect some members over here would be willing to "throw the dice" at this point and take a chance on the product. Nobody seems to have had much success with other products, and the alternatives are not pretty (i.e., live with the sticky mess, use some type of dash cover or replace the entire dash). Perhaps we could limit the group buy to 6 members and you could ship six of the 1L bottles to one of those members, and we can then figure out over here how to distribute the product. Let's see if other members are interested and then decide how best to proceed. Whatever the outcome, thanks for your willingness to help out!

I'd be happy to test it out, but that leads me to the same problem: I need to get the product first.

Test or not, I'm interested in acquiring some, so if there is a group buy, count me in!

OK, so there appears to be some interest in a group buy. Some caveats for those who are interested:
1. The product is intended to eliminate the stickiness/tackiness that has been reported to occur on some dashes. It will NOT fix cracks in the dash.
2. There is no guarantee the product will work as intended. Although one member (Filip00) has evidently experienced success with the product, it may not work under all circumstances.
3. The product is sold in 1 liter (L) containers. You will be purchasing 1L of the product (...which is likely to be more than needed).
4. Pricing will include the cost of the product itself as well as shipping costs (including any duty and taxes). Arrangements will be made to ship up to six (6) containers of the product overseas from Europe to the U.S.A. This bulk shipment will be sent to one member (to be determined), who will then arrange to ship the individual containers to the other interested members. As a result, there will be two (2) shipping charges ... one from Europe to the U.S. and one for shipping within the U.S.
5. Pricing is yet to be determined. (I will ask Filip00 to provide the price for the product itself so that we at least will have some idea of the cost).
6. The group buy will be limited to six (6) members. It will close: i) when 6 members have stepped forward; or, ii) on August 4, 2023, which ever occurs first.
7. Two members have already expressed interest ... so there are 4 remaining spots at this time.
8. Any questions ... just fire off a post.

would you mind take a pic of the ingredients of this product? It might be similar to other plastic protectants?

This sounds like any run of the mill plastic protectant will do the job?
Carpro perl. Koch chemie top star. 303. VRP etc?

I would be surprised to find anything truly revolutionary in that product.

Nope. Wouldn’t be such a pain if that’s true.

sorry to see that... I suppose the heat caused stickiness and cracks.

There's very little useful information on the packaging. And I can't believe they pack it as a one liter package, I've got enough stuff to treat probably 50 cars, and I'm not exaggerating. This could literally be 1/10 of the package, and it would be MORE than enough for a single person and multiple use on one car. Trust me when I tell you - 5 people could COMFORTABLY split one packaging and they would still end up with way too much stuff on their hands.

Price for this 1liter package was 18€, i.e. cca $20.
I bought it from a local store here in Slovenia: https://www.operi-avto.si/zascitni-i...068111099.html

OK folks, so the price of the product itself is $20 USD for one liter. To keep things simple, I'd prefer to ship/distribute individual 1L containers to each interested member. I realize this is much more than needed to treat a single vehicle, but I'd like to avoid the hassle of splitting the contents of a single 1L container into several smaller containers as part of this group buy. Of course, each member is free to split the contents for sale later on to other members if so desired. At this time, two members have expressed interest:

Spartan 1771

As indicated above, the group buy will close when either 6 members have expressed interest or on August 4th, whichever occurs first.

I'm really surprised more people aren't jumping at this offer. The only alternative I see is replacement, which is expensive and a nightmare to do yourself.
