No reason to throw other companies under the bus. I think a more professional way would be something like this...
"Other companies use standard 5mm LED's that are usually found in house hold electronics and kitchen appliances." and I also agree with Marco@MRWorks "As a courtesy, please refrain from posting information about other companies, unless your 100% sure it's true." I have a been a customer of both CinCity and Clearcorners. I will have to agree with you about CinCity Designs...I went through HELL with them. Never will go back to them ever again.
