Is rust in the interior like this normal?
Hi guys,
So I was cleaning my car and noticed that the rails on my A-pillar had small spots of rust on them. I pulled off the A-pillar panel and took the following pictures. Is this normal? At first I thought there was a leak into my car, but now I'm starting to think that the metal just wasn't coated properly and is spot rusting. What do you guys think? Pictures are of my passenger side A-pillar with the panel removed. BTW, car is a 2013 G37. (I know, I'm in the wrong forum)
