Dremkron, I can't confirm 100% the part number for you because I got mine used. However, just make sure that is just the retractable shade and that's all you need. Absolutely no need to have a dealer install it or buy any additional parts. It drops right in.

Awesome! Thanks so much. This has been my only regret about buying the Nismo (well, actually, that and the fact that I didn't get the GTR....)

Thanks again!

Welcome. :roflpuke2: If I could afford the GTR I wouldn't be here. Loving the Z just the same.

Also, make sure you check out the suspension thread in my signature about the Nismo if you haven't already.

Sweet! I didn't know that the thingy even existed!

Um, OMG I just checked that thread. Sure enough. I had the same 3 little plastic spacers. Went to a tire shop, jacked it up, and removed them. Unbelievable. Thanks for the heads up otherwise I probably would have driven for months (or forever) and never would have known.

Cool, that post is getting a lot of mileage. Glad it helped you.

I think retail is $305? A local Chicago dealer quoted me $277 for the rear cargo cover. Anyone interested in selling one they are not using?

Hey guys I know this thread is a little old but thought it may help some of you who are still searching for this part. The part number 84982-1EA0A is corrsct and if you are interested our cost to the370z.com members as of now is around $225.00! I hope this helps!

2009 base model owners

In case anyone with a 2009 base model wants to add this, you don't have to buy the entire panels. I just replaced my panels yesterday (because I got a REAL good deal) and found out that there are outlines on the speaker panels that can be cut out to add the bracket as well as on the bottom piece on the rear deck lid. You can buy all of the pieces for appr. $80 plus the touneau cover (which I also got a REAL good deal on :tiphat: ).

If anyone is interested, I can post pictures of the outlines as well as the parts needed.

Cool. I'll take some shots, put together a DIY and link back to here.

Here's the link. Don't crucify me if it confuses you. I suck at doing how-to's. :icon14:

Is the cargo net an OEM or aftermarket part?

It's OEM but for the 350Z but it works well.
