This is the description on their website. Like we talked about I'm not sure if that truly means this is a complete swap out for the PEM piece or not. Could be a language thing in translation.

I am pretty sure the picture I posted below CS is RHD. EVOR posted it in a thread called CF RHD pieces, before he started making his own. I am 99.9% sure that it is an overlay piece not a replacement. The 3M tape is a give away.

The CS piece could have been a bad install or a test fit. I will show them the pic after they reply to your questions.

Definitely 2x2 twill.
The 1x1 doesn't look that great IMO.

I have the Curious Models one from RHDJapan. Decent fit, good quality, and you'll get some Japanese instructions too lol. Apologies for the poor nighttime shots

Just to confirm that's a cover that goes over top of the existing one, not a complete replacement piece for it right? Did the cluster have to come out to put it on? I'm assuming it just sticks overtop and uses two sided tape but figured I better ask to be sure.

Yes it's a cover, attached with double sided tape. Goes right on.

Thats not installed corretly, carbon part goes under the upper dash piece so needed to be pushed more in till its flush
