Possible there is an ever so slight surge when you turn it on that is the cause? I still say unplug the seat harness and see if it continues to

Possible there is an ever so slight surge when you turn it on that is the cause? I still say unplug the seat harness and see if it continues to 'creep'. If not then you've narrowed the scope of your investigation. If it does then it points the opposite way. At least you are no longer battling the chaos of unlimited possibilities that way.
