I'd reset the tape and try again. Not sure how locking and unlocking could possibly move the seat without some weird electrical gremlin. But if testing it out helps your

I'd reset the tape and try again. Not sure how locking and unlocking could possibly move the seat without some weird electrical gremlin. But if testing it out helps your sanity, I say go for it.
