c'mon Jay, your business could be soooo much better if you would just manage the customer service a little.

Same thing for me, ordered fog pod, was "in stock" on the website. Contacted him, told me it was back order then no other news.

It's important for me to get an ETA for my pod to arrive so I can manage to schedule paint and installation before spring arrive.
