Hey look who it is, can you please refund me on my purchase of $614. I'm sure you got the message from paypal,and my emails and pms. I ordered the high wing painted, 5 days passed and you didnt even contact me about the color.

You have never sent me an ETA as I asked for 4 times now. "Waiting for the carbon top" is not an acceptable answer. You sent that 10 days ago and still no update since. Reply to emails like an adult, not a child hiding from his problems. It has now been a full month waiting on an "In Stock" item...

c'mon Jay, your business could be soooo much better if you would just manage the customer service a little.
Same thing for me, ordered fog pod, was "in stock" on the website. Contacted him, told me it was back order then no other news. It's important for me to get an ETA for my pod to arrive so I can manage to schedule paint and installation before spring arrive. |

When I order from them,I do it by phone. That way they can physically check to see if the item is in stock. On the EVO-R stuff sold through the Z store, they get the same run around from Jay. I've found if the Z store tells you the part will be in stock "in a week", add another or 2 weeks to that. |

THATS the problem. Plus,slamming the door-coming loose. The area that goes over the A/C vent looks great. But,the temps-cold&hot will not make the adhesive hold. TRUST ME. As I mentioned in a previous post,use of adhesive promoter MAY help in addition of CLEANING the areas to be covered several times with rubbing alcohol. All this not gonna be a guarantee. Got to use the best(more expensive )adhesive to make this puppy work. The Z guys at ZCF does this. |
