My apologies for not reading all 18 pages of this thread, but I do have a few questions.

Are the bulbs the same as stock?

Do they still make the road as visible at night time?

I assume you can get whatever colors you want for the running lights / bulb itself?

Thanks in advance

We do not touch the HID bulbs, most aftermarket do not work well with the OEM ballasts. All the LEDs are hooked up to the parking lights, so they are turned on with the OEM switch, plug-n-play

That said, I have the same question about headlight projection as I'm interested in the same upgrade; my understanding of the benefit of the chrome is that not only the chrome finish but also the shape of the headlight housing unit are factors that play a large part in the way that our headlights are perform.

Has anyone experienced a deterioration in visibility while driving in low lit areas?

180 offers a fantastic looking product with proven satisfaction and plenty of options. I would like to make an order soon.

Thanks all. Cheers.

Any reduction in visibility is not at all noticeable.

I was unable to discern any deterioration in visibility in mine with satin black to replace the chrome.

You will spend a ton of $$$ on shipping maybe consider buying used head lights here in U.S. Then shipping them to one eighty then to you. I think will cost about the same if you ship your lights from Australia and back

Hey we certainly are, forgot this thread existed! lol

Shipping is pretty damn expensive to Australia, about $400-500 with UPS Air insured. We can get you a set of brand new OEM headlights for $1300. The difference though is our cars are LHD and Australia has RHD so the cut off in the HID projector is opposite. It's not a huge problem, but thought you should know:
