Fellas, been waiting to hear back from you, our communication seems to have just stopped. Would like to finalize plans and have worked started, thanks.

Blinking landing strip

Just read (ok skimmed) this entire thread. Love the work! I was just wondering if it would be possible to have the landing strip lights blink from top to bottom (bottom to top) while the turn signal is in operation? Think Knight Rider's Kit with the blinking lights in the front. That would be a cool trick!

I'm interested in this too. That colour is what I'm thinking will look on my blue Z but installed on anything just to get the idea.

Is that a satin finish? Have you guys done any in that colour in full gloss? I'm wondering what a couple of shades darker might look like too... So many questions!

^^^ Ditto, I want to see this exact set up on a white car.

Guys we don't have many pics on cars as most of our headlight customers ship them in. So you'll need help from your fellow members who had their headlights done to post pics of their cars!

Our facebook Z album has a bunch of pics you can look through but most are off cars: https://www.facebook.com/media/set/?...6664396&type=3

I guess I'm trying to get as close to a factory look as possible. On the Z, I find going too dark with the headlight shroud, especially on a colour like Le Mans blue, tends to look a bit cheap. So that's why I'm thinking this gunmetal would look great, especially in a gloss (similar to the "shadow/black chrome" look of EK9 Civic headlights if anyone remembers).

I'm in Australia, do you guys ship internationally? Can I buy a new/used set of headlights off you guys to ship to me so I don't need to be without lights (daily driver)?

Are US and Aus/JDM spec lights the same?

I'm in for a Black Chrome housing as well, that would look so classy/nice/awesome. Any pics ?

....maybe they're working on it right now....?

This was a mod I've wanted to do since I got my car back in November of 2011. I am so glad to say it's finally done, and WOW, it looks SO much better. Unbelievable really how much better it looks. Thanks to the crew at 180 Customs for doing such a nice job and doing it very quickly to boot.

I just wanted to remove the chrome "bling", and make the car look a bit meaner. I wasn't looking to "add", but subtract, and by subtracting, it looks so much more. So my mod is basically the minimum you can do.

Chrome housing = painted matte black
Light Rings = stock silver, nothing done
Orange reflector = painted gloss black

The only killer was the fright, although I probably over packed them. But freight was about $72 each way, or $144 total.

All in all it was a lot of work but it was totally worth it. Thanks 180 Customs!!!

Pics coming up......
