Default Best Coating for Evo-R Carbon Fiber parts?

I just purchased a ton of Evo-R carbon fiber pieces for my Z and have heard you must put UV protecting coating on them to prevent yellowing over time. What coating do you guys recommend? I have seen everything from cheap rattle cans of clear coat to high-end Ceramic Pro coatings used, however I couldn't find an overall agreed upon preference. What do you all recommend?

I've used gloss urethane, but it's a bit of work cause you have to sand down the part, and the a piece of dirt may fall on it, you can try 3m clear wrap but it's a bit thick. Clear coat for cars i haven't used, but I bought a can and instructions for usage were complicated

Do you know what brand you used or possibly have a link? Just trying to find something I can order online and do myself instead of going to a body shop since the ones around me are shady as can be.
