Has anyone ordered lately Louvers from ZAKUSTECH
Just wondering how long the process was, how did the transaction go. Is the wait time 7-8 weeks? I tried months ago to get in contact with them and after 2 months finally received an email saying that my e-mail was in their spam folder and that was after contacting Kazman (friend of owner) to see if he could help. At that time I said about being put on a list and that went no where.
Just not much into dealing with a business that you can only contact them through an e-mail just for the reason I stated above. Just sent another email inquiring about their product, see how it goes this time around. Last edited by OldFart; 01-31-2017 at 02:53 PM. |

Heard a similar story at a local meet. Way backed up, no communication.
I would stay away unless you a local and have direct access to them (if they have a physical front) |

That is kind of the impression I was getting from searches on the internet. If your local or can go to wherever they are you can get hooked up, otherwise - it's hit/miss.

That said, if you REALLY want it, they're "local" to me. Maybe I can get it for you to cut the lag time

My faith has been restored!!!!!!
Just got an email from ZAKUSTECH in regards to the louvers, asked them about their plasma cut option if the fitment is better. Looks like I'll be getting a set here shortly. And if Andrew had anything to do with it - THANKS!!!! |

Dang you're lucky, I've been on the waiting list since September and they have not said anything yet. I guess I will have some fabricated locally by a friend.

I still did not get a reply from them at all. I am assuming they are busy since they have been contacting some people.

I don't want this to drop through the cracks but don't want to be a bother either. A little better communication would go a long way. Hopefully we both get them soon. |
