Yes turn off AC and run fan only to dry Evaparator core. On top of this don't waste time with filter as it's likely not a filter, sure a febreeze filter will mask it, but evap core foam cleaner will clean and destroy at source of smell. All you do is spray cleaner into the drain tube and the foam expands up into core and drains back out. |
