Vented Hood - Mesh Options
Looking for some mesh options with sourcing website and Part # if possible.
I ordered some mesh on eBay and it turns out to be construction metal lath that is so sharp it can cut you. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

I would find some either expanded aluminum, or perforated aluminum sheet. They have several different styles. Here is just one site, but there are more out there. Perforated Sheet
or this MetalsDepot® - Aluminum Expanded Sheet As you found out, you don't want lathing material.

Thanks Felix
Any idea on this thin type of mesh that came with the hood but I had to rip out when it got wrapped. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

That's expanded, probably aluminum. It's a process by actually stretching the material & it opens up into that diamond pattern.

Thickness 14 gauge or ~ 0.065" I use WISS MaxCut to cut it with a little effort.

customcargrills is the best, IMO. I bought their plastic mesh and they diamond metal powdercoated black. I think a 12x48 sheet is enough for your hood.
diamond powdercoated black plastic diamond

That looks good. What mesh size is that? Would the plastic be strong enough to go in the front, or would it get destroyed by rocks?

Vented Hood - Mesh Options
Good question Cooltoy. The one I bought is not plastic and it's very strong. That size fits the hood and whole Fuji bumper opening.
