Amuse aero kit Group Buy!

I just got off the phone with the boys over at 370ZTune/Bulletproof Automotive and there is interest in a group buy for the Amuse aero kit!

Now here is the deal. This is for serious inquiries only as Bulletproof will be reaching out to Amuse to extend to us a special discount. Currently the pricing for the kit can be found here:370ZTUNE.com

But for those of you who want this all in one place here is the break down:

MSRP:
Front Bumper: $1550
Rear Bumper: $1550
Side Skirts: $1235

Rear Bumper: $1395
Side Skirts: $1111.50

I cant say for sure but my goal is atleast 20% but again this is all up to Amuse and what they are willing to give us as a discount it would be safe to say 15% or more... The more people/Orders we get the more the discount :D

cptspeed 11-25-2009 06:21 PM

If they'll throw in the paint it might be worth it.

You apparently arent familiar with the after market... as no aero manufacturer pre paints their kits...

FuszNissan 11-25-2009 07:11 PM

Damn it.....thinking, thinking....

dszombiex 11-25-2009 07:15 PM

dszombiex 11-25-2009 07:19 PM

Incidentally - if I absolutely HAD to get the full kit for this to work I can do that also...

Jjaden 11-25-2009 08:28 PM

I'd like to see a couple of more pics, is shipping to Canada an option and how would that affect the cost? Can someone give me a reasonable estimate as to how much it would cost to get the kit painted?

Is there a chop of the back of the kit in black?

I'm very interested and depending on the answers to the questions I have asked I would be in for Full Kit - Wing.

bullitt5897 11-25-2009 08:39 PM

IDK about shipping but painting the kit will cost you about $700 give or take a hundred.

and that is just a guess it could be less :D

For shipping you may want to PM 370ZTUNE...

SpawnAeroJohn 11-25-2009 08:40 PM

It depends on how much to get the kit painted. If you went to a regular old body shop where they do a good job but do it to get it done, expect to pay roughly $700 - $1000.

If you took it to a shop where they know that this isn’t some regular point A to point B car and you expect nothing but perfect then expect to pay roughly $1200 +.

Broken down its roughly $350 - $400 to do a bumper and $250 - $300 for a side skirt.

Also keep in mind fitting and adjustment costs money too. If the parts need to be altered to fit correctly expect to pay a few hundred more. But since it is Amuse, and the kit does cost an arm and a leg the fitment should be close to perfect if not perfect. These kind of companies don’t charge just to charge. They charge because there is allot of work behind the kit and most importantly behind the actual fabrication of the prototype where the mold was made from.

If you know a shop I suggest you use them :P

bullitt5897 11-25-2009 09:36 PM

These are 100% OEM fitment... I have owned both Power house amuse parts as well as Top secret and never once have I ever had a fitment issue. Expect to pay about $700 for the paintjob and you can install these your self in a few hours ;)

bezzita 11-26-2009 12:17 AM

Hmm, liked it ALOT..., should I go BBK or these full bodykits??

bullitt5897 11-26-2009 10:16 AM

How about both :D

RCZ 11-26-2009 12:00 PM

That is by far the best kit out. Get that 20% discount and I think I'll jump in too.

phelan 11-26-2009 01:43 PM

bullitt, buddy, can you just edit the first post with new people when they sign up? putting the list over and over is gonna be nuts.

Jjaden 11-26-2009 03:44 PM

Ok PM sent to 370ztune. My participation in the group buy will be dependant on his replies to my questions about getting a kit to Canada. I'd really love to get in on this and think the kit looks incredible.

LOL, that was a pretty civil response considering :tiphat:

phelan 11-27-2009 01:29 AM

i was wondering wtf i was looking at hahaha

have we convinced you that they're totally different yet, gunzero?

Ztoon 11-28-2009 05:47 PM

The darkened portions on the rear, eg.: around the plate, diffuser, and two triangles, is that dry C.F.? Hard to tell from the photo.
Has this been added, or do you know if that's part of the kit?

bullitt5897 11-28-2009 06:52 PM

It's painted black *frp*

bullitt5897 11-29-2009 06:21 PM

OMGWTFBBQ 11-30-2009 01:56 PM

Depending on how much of a discount this is over the pre-order price, I might be interested. I'm looking at getting the full kit plus the wing.

bullitt5897 11-30-2009 02:01 PM

ok thanks I will add you as pending then ;)

dszombiex 11-30-2009 02:44 PM

Gentlemen, please accept my appologies. I'm going to have to back out. I just got laid off today :( . If I can procure something fast enough I can still do it but for now I need to be a bit more prudent with my savings.

bullitt5897 11-30-2009 03:29 PM

No problem... Good Luck dszombiex!

jmlenz 11-30-2009 03:55 PM

Sorry to hear Dean, best of luck in the next job!

MoChu 11-30-2009 06:18 PM

Can you put me down for front, rear, and spoiler without the side please

Jjaden 11-30-2009 07:13 PM

Hmm Pm'ed 370ztune my concerns/questions 5 days ago with no response. Not a promising sign, and not a great indication of the type of customer service I will be dealing with.
I hope he has just been away on vacation, or there is some type other issue. I will tentatively count myself out of the buy.

*EDIT*
Indeed 370Ztune was away on vacation and I have just received a very professional, detailed reply addressing all of my issues and concerns. Moving forward I would have to say I have complete faith that any transaction with 370ZTune would end up a positive experience and I am thoroughly impressed in the manner in with which my questions were dealt with.

Didn't mean to jump the gun on trying to neg 370ztune, I suppose I've just dealt with such shitty customer service in the last couple of weeks over a myriad of issues with other companies that I was expecting the worst.

bullitt5897 11-30-2009 08:02 PM

Yeah, Jjaden I have used 370zTune/Bulletproof automotive for years! Always top notch service, accurate delivery times and the best price matching around as they are direct with all the manufacturers. Yeah Hunter was out on vacation and today was his first day back lol between my call and all the pm's he has been quite busy today lol.
