Incidentally - if I absolutely HAD to get the full kit for this to work I can do that also...

I'd like to see a couple of more pics, is shipping to Canada an option and how would that affect the cost? Can someone give me a reasonable estimate as to how much it would cost to get the kit painted?
Is there a chop of the back of the kit in black? I'm very interested and depending on the answers to the questions I have asked I would be in for Full Kit - Wing. |
IDK about shipping but painting the kit will cost you about $700 give or take a hundred.
and that is just a guess it could be less :D For shipping you may want to PM 370ZTUNE... |
It depends on how much to get the kit painted. If you went to a regular old body shop where they do a good job but do it to get it done, expect to pay roughly $700 - $1000.
If you took it to a shop where they know that this isn’t some regular point A to point B car and you expect nothing but perfect then expect to pay roughly $1200 +. Broken down its roughly $350 - $400 to do a bumper and $250 - $300 for a side skirt. Also keep in mind fitting and adjustment costs money too. If the parts need to be altered to fit correctly expect to pay a few hundred more. But since it is Amuse, and the kit does cost an arm and a leg the fitment should be close to perfect if not perfect. These kind of companies don’t charge just to charge. They charge because there is allot of work behind the kit and most importantly behind the actual fabrication of the prototype where the mold was made from. If you know a shop I suggest you use them :P |
