Glad you got it figured out

Appliance dolly FTW. I picked up one on sale at Harbor Freight for $60 like 10 years ago. To this day, I swear it's one of the best purchases I've ever made lol.

IIRC, the gauge cluster is considered one unit with no serviceable parts.

But just about anyone familiar with cars wiring should be able to run power through a fuse to the lights. Finding a source that is powered at the proper times will be the hard part and that should be pretty easy with the FSM.

Oh I know exactly which wire I'd have to tap into but honestly just don't have the time. If they say it's the cluster then **** it I'll buy one off ebay for $160 with a year warranty on it.

I just ordered a cluster for $160 with 6-month warranty on it. The way I look at it, if it fixes it, great. If not, I have a cluster to practice changing the LEDs on
