Default Z store Black Pearl Emblems...

So in search of Emblems to replace my Plasti dipped emblems, I came across 2 that I really like - the Z store emblems - and another that has a custom paint shown below...

They Z store Black pearl are super expensive at $74 each, but apparently they are suppose to change with ambient light. Such as Direct light they shine Dark black then in shade they get lighter ect ect.

Does anyone have any experience with these? Care to share your thoughts?

the other Emblem that looks similar but custom painted... if only I new someone that can re-create this... I believe you need some talent with an air brush to do this.

Default Z store Black Pearl Emblems...

I had the black pearl ones, they looked great.. They're not painted but actually got electroplated a thin layer of black pearl chromium color onto it I believe . So you never have to worry about the color pealing off. Expensive though

Do they fit over the existing emblems? Or do they OEM emblems have to be removed?
