Hi all! My voltmeter has not worked since I bought the car used. The clock and oil temp work fine. All three light up but the voltmeter has no needle

Triple meter - voltmeter not working?
Hi all!
My voltmeter has not worked since I bought the car used. The clock and oil temp work fine. All three light up but the voltmeter has no needle sweep at startup and no voltage is indicated. I've looked at the service manual and fuse locations and there doesn't seem to be any fuse for just this meter; only for the whole unit. Any suggestions? Otherwise I will have to replace the whole triple meter unit. |

The triple meter is one unit as far as Nissan is concerned. IIRC, the voltmeter and temp gauge get their info via OBD/CAN. You may be able to find a 3rd-party replacement gauge.
Edit: Check the FSM for details.
