Custom Hood
 

Does anyone have any pics of a custom hood on a stock sport package 370Z? Hard to determine if it would look odd with just a hood mod and not the full makeover cosmetically

Seibon TS replica. It is OK. Not the best and not the worst.

is this a VIS hood?

Yes, sir. VIS Terminator.

If you want maximum cooling the VIS does the trick. Your engine bay will get water and other stuff on it because of the openings.

Any vented hoods for the Z with rain guards?

Some come with covers that you can attach and the more expensive JDM hoods have built in drain gutters.

VIS has built in rain guards too

Custom Hood
 

This is the VIS AMS hood. I ordered it online from CARID and had them price match the cheapest site I could find.

Quick question to all who has aftermarket hoods, do you guys use hood struts or the stock stick thingy to hold up your hood ?

I have CF hood struts but you can also use the stock stick thingy lol!

Yup. . I have them but because I used them with my stock hood first. Not necessary but handy.
