Scraps on bumper.

Looks to be scraped thru to the plastic.

You'll either need to have it touched up or completetly repainted

Looks scuffed, try hitting it up with WD40.

If the black that is showing is the plastic of the bumper, then Trips is right - you'll need to touch-up or repaint.

If the black is on top of the paint, then try 1st's WD-40. I'd look at some of Junkman2008's videos for other ideas on what might remove it without damaging the paint further.
