Weber Sports actually has a widebody option now, but there are very crappy pictures out there, and its not even listed on their website despite being shown at Tokyo Auto Salon 2017. Annoying

A company called "Vlene" makes fenders that are rivet free and extend to factory seams:

I completely missed the widebody the first time i looked

I mean , I see people dropping thousands of dollars on twin turbo kits but roll with stock suspension and wheels, which is lame to me but what they want. All of the last page is just nonsense about what different people want out of their cars

Pretty sure after what dropping at least 10k + lol that they could care less about the suspension for the time being, wheels are expensive plus tires. I went the same route mind you i have swift springs so i sit's a little better but i can always do wheels at a later time i rather have a lot of power and surprise other people trying to race me thinking im stock with my wheels:driving: i have a hard time with people dropping money on crazy asthetics but being dead stock bolt ons. again some go for show and i get that. I just like my addrenaline so I'm focusing on that. once im done there i will add to the outside to compliment whats under the hood:tup:

The Weber fenders flow so well, i really dig it. Plus, no rivets or vents on the front fenders? Very nice. Rears aren't too exaggerated either. Such a surprise since their f/r bumpers are very, very aggressive

Vlene is just butter. No rivets, no lines. Just clean.

If i had a 2nd Z i'd go widebody with one of them.

EDIT:

Anyone find any info on how wide those Webersports fenders are?

Wide body helll!!! My screen isn't wide enough.

Great find CT! Thanks.

cooltoy 07-26-2017 01:54 AM

It's way to wide, but I like the execution. If it was milder, but done the same way, I'd hit it. I like the vents in the rearm the detail of the front fender and how well it flows into the skirts.

Am I the only one that thinks the 370z is kind of a factory wide body already? That said the rivet less one is pretty clean I just hate that wide body now is synonymous with stanced. Why can't the show the wide body in the environment that wide bodies were developed for like racing and gaining track width like the e30's and 510's. Now it's all wide body and -1 million degrees camber so I can be 300% ridiculous. Point of the wide body was to get the wide wheels without the huge neg camber.
