Well as mentioned all doors and windows properly closed. You can lightly lubricate the weather stripping around the doors and hatch with spray silicon lube not WD40 or penetrating fluid.

You can lightly lubricate the weather stripping around the doors and hatch with spray silicon lube not WD40 or penetrating fluid. They need this maintenance anyways. If the sound changes then have the dealer repair or replace the affected weather strip under warranty.
