My Install of AeroJacket DF1 Diffuser
Hey everyone. So I picked up this DF1 Diffuser way back when it initially came out and never got around to posting anything about it until now as I had a few kids come along and well you know, car just kinda sat there for a longggg time.
Anyway, I just wanted to give my little review of the Aerojacket DF1 Diffuser in carbon fiber. The part came super quick and was packaged very well. No issues with the part what so ever. The installation of it was really easy as well in my opinion. I didnt have to mess with it too much in order to get a good fitment. All the pre-drilled holes matched up to existing body underneath the car as well so it was easy to figure out where to drill the holes. I ended up using longer bolts and nuts with washers to make sure that this thing was not going to come off ever and it seemed to work out really well along with 3M double sided tape. There were already pre-drilled holes where you see screws on the back side above the exhaust tailpipes to get it to form to the car properly, so the only thing left for me to do is to black out those screws and it will be done. I even have the Motordyne 5" exhaust tips on and there is still plenty of room. Overall I am really happy with how this turned out. I also had bought carbon fiber rear spats from them thinking i was going to be able to put all the pieces on. I ended up not using the rear spats as I thought it didn't completely look as one flush piece.

Love that diffuser! Got one myself. I do notice that you left the 4th brake light behind the diffuser instead of moving it out to where the diffuser's pre-molded slot, I'm not sure if that was intentional or not but if you can I highly recommend moving the brake light out and have it sit flush with the diffuser for a super clean look. But all and all that diffuser is beautiful, especially in the sun lol

I have no idea what the next event will be, actually I have no idea when any event will be. I know there is a Cars and Coffee on Feb 27 or 28 but I am not sure if I can make that one.
