I can't figure out why there are 2 part#s One of them mentions the factory bumper? I imagine it's the 13+ OEM bumper since there is no mention of Nismo,

One of them mentions the factory bumper? I imagine it's the 13+ OEM bumper since there is no mention of Nismo, and these jdm companies typically note nismo if it's for the nismo
