I tried the clear ones like your pic for a while but they weren't firm enough and sometimes didn't work so I looked for something harder like the sheet metal body.

I think they come in different hardnesses. I might have just gotten lucky and bought the hard ones off the bat.

just use 4 pennies inside the springs.
