Dash repair
 

I had a really weird mishap which resulted in a piece of my dash being ripped off, the black material that covers the dash. The rip or tear is about 1/2" by 3/4". It is an eyesore and wears me out every time I drive my car. Has anyone else had this happen and if so what did you do to repair it? I hate to but a complete dash as it will be expensive but more importantly I hate to think about all of the fasteners that will have to be removed and reattached and the chance of a rattle developing.

Here in Toronto, there are several mobile companies that do dash and leather repairs on the spot. Try google and see if there is someone in your area.

where is the gash? maybe put a decal over or even an ings+ emblem.. :ugh:

Do one of those fur dashes, like a tribute to ZZ Top.
