For those of you who think my being "sponsored" by spawn aero makes me more likely to side with him your freaking nuts!!! If anything I of all people should be the most upset!!! HOWEVER, I am NOT! because I have been to their shop talked with John, his staff and other companies that they are using to help bring these products together. Yes Spawn is a young company that made mistakes... but they are learning and making changes to bring the best CF products to us with the best pricing as fast as they can! like I have said time and time again be "PATIENT" you will get your orders or refunds or whatever your deal is. Spawn has relegated to only sales in GBs and what they have on hand. They are not taking in orders for items they do not already have made.
I believe Constructive Criticism is needed but it needs to be that! CONSTRUCTIVE! Lets wait for the first arrivals of these products to be reviewed and allow CUSTOMERS to make a review on what they feel about their business with John and Spawn! If you havent made an order then SHUT YOUR MOUTH!

I am of the opinion that Spawn is a good guy, but he just can't keep up with everything that is going on. My recommendation would be to set the ship date (next time you sell something) a FULL MONTH after you think it will be ready. This will prepare the customer and, as you see, people are willing to wait for the product. They'd rather wait and get a good product than be told it will be ready in two weeks and it not be ready for a month, even though it is a great product. And if you DO finish products before the set deadline, you will gain the reputation of a person that gets products finished ahead of time.
It's all in perspective. You SAY two weeks and it ships in a month: you are late. You SAY five weeks and it ships in a month: you are early!!! I hope you get everything sorted out. Good luck man! |

im not a customer, however i could have been a potential customer...
but having watched this fiasco from the beginning im not willing to throw my hard earned dollar into a wishing well... i am entitled to my opinion here and i will voice it whether others like it or not... now having said that, i hope you can bail yourself out of this Spawn, and more importantly i hope you have learned from your mistakes and put guidelines inplace for the future of your business if you want to see its future...

You are very much entitled to your opinion. however, as of late people have been jumping all over John and Spawn that arent even attempting to buy anything or arent even interested *i.e. on the bandwagon kind of comments* If you have an opinion let it out there but dont force it on every single thread and everytime you post *I am not saying or implying that you do that* Lets keep this on topic of the GB and wait for these first units to get reviewed and pictures taken!!! I cant wait to see the new stuff

Being sponsored means you are affliated with a company. Enough BS, it's known that every sponsored member will take sides of the vendor, it's just the way it is.... LOL... telling ppl to shut up isn't helpping
If you want a review for the B Pillars right this moment. Ask 2theextreme, he has or had a set. Quote:

The only positive I see here is that the product, at least in pictures, is gorgeous. Good luck to all.

Still haven't seen another vendor offer B-pillars for $100 bucks, either get a good deal or pay more for a shorter wait, I'm patiently waiting but I agree with those saying that excuses don't cut it and aren't really necessary. Just put out the product and try to give accurate shipping timeframes. Personally I'm a little upset that I was #4 on the list got my payment in pretty fast and still wasn't part of the first wave regardless I'll continue to wait.
