After dealing with the front bumper paint peeling issues for over a year, getting a new OEM bumper from Nissan which I will take to a good local shop to repaint. I tend to trust this shop, they've matched paint for me before and I know they will do as good of a job as anyone else.
I will then switch parts over everything from the current bumper - lights, clips, sports package chin and so forth. Has anyone done this before, anything to be aware of? I am comfortable taking the front bumper off, so that will not be an issue. Worried about the paint match, this being pearl white, and fitment of a replacement bumper. I know it will be a gamble, but paint on my current bumper kept peeling. |
