Fender replacement

New fender or fix it?
I have a nismo from bumper at the paint shop,

The fender doesn't look exceptionally damaged. The bumper has most of the scuffs. I would recommend using a rubbing compound then polishing compound and see what you can get out. You'd be surprised how much is just traded paint.
