Replacing a single side skirt panel?

When I bought my car, I was dumb and didn't realize until months later that one of the side bottom panels has a long deep scratch in it. I didn't notice for that long because it's so low to the ground and on the part where the panel curves down so it's actually hard to see unless you're looking at it from a distance.

Is there a way to buy a single side bottom panel that's stock? If so, where could I buy it and what do you think the cost to have it replaced would be? Unless it would cheaper to have the scratch fixed, though it is pretty deep.
