If it's a whistle, I suspect something in the intake is making the noise. If it's a whine, then probably the ECM. Someone in the passenger seat should be able

If it's a whistle, I suspect something in the intake is making the noise. If it's a whine, then probably the ECM. Someone in the passenger seat should be able to tell if it's the ECM (ECM in in passenger footwell area; see FSM for details).
Unless it really bothers you, not worth worrying about.
