I know you said 3-4 weeks for production, but I assume that timeline doesn't start until the group buy numbers are finalized?

Sorry for the delay.
We should have all the details of the Group Buy ironed out in the next 24-48 hrs and expect pricing to be $350.00 for Carbon Fiber and $250.00 for Fiberglass.
Time frame is estimated at 2 week from now for Fiberglass and 4 weeks for Carbon Fiber. We'll update this thread again as soon as we have the Official Group Buy Page Up and ready to accept reservations.

Thanks for the response in that regard Charles. As a designer I can fully appreciate the challenges of seeing it from both sides and tend to agree you made the right decision. That said once I have one sitting on the car in front of me I reserve the right to change my mind

Having that wing extend beyond the factory spoiler to a point would additionally create a weak point that coule only be address by it being a bolt on - to the body not just to the factory spoiler. That changes everything of course, not least of all that you may as well build a complete replacement instead of just the add on.

As mentioned in the PM based on what has been relayed I'll gladly get in in this group buy and look forward to checking it out. I've never bought anything in carbon fibre before but could always paint it if I didn't like that look.

Let me know when you've got a nice simple front lip available as well

Finally got around to posting a couple of pictures of my spoiler.

The quality of the spoiler is top notch. I had mine re-shot with a matte clear coat and it came out amazing.

Thanks to Charles and the Powertrix team for 1) creating a great product and 2) coming up with this group buy.

Now onto some engine mods.

I have a CF one on the way. Anyone got tips for install or find any obstacles?

I do have 3M Tape on hand (03614). Won't touch it if there's a strong recommendation for something else, though I would like to go the tape route in general.

I used an autobody panel adhesive. It ain't coming off.

The fitment wasn't quite 100% so I glued and clamped it while it set up. Wouldn't be able to do that with tape. Result in a perfect finish.

Get more compliments on that add-on than anything else. Super nice subtle touch
