id take it off completely (or just pull it back if you can) and use VHB tape to remount.

:iagree: It's just stuck on there with tape. Should be easy to remove the pillar, replace the tape, and reinstall :tup:

of course another option is to use duct tape.. :ugh:

During my detail this weekend, I noticed I need to polish my b-pillars. Instead, I think I will just cover them with some black duct tape I have :ugh2: :icon17:

Did this change in the later year cars? Mine is attached with clips. Had to buy a new one from Nissan when my drivers side one broke.

i used high tech duct tape aka DiNoc on mine :D

mine is a 09 and held on by clips. but VHB will do fine. :)

There should be two clips and a pawl. I never had any issues with removal, though. Mine just pull right off.

dats np, just pull up as far as you can, use VHB tape and call it a day.

cannot pull it up. it is stuck to the side.

humm... i would take an interior panel removal tool and gently pry it off in this case.

if you're worried, take it in.

if you still have two good tabs just sneak a peice of mounting tape in at the top and leave it alone.

how about squeezing in silicon adhesive?

I tried the fix with my tape yesterday.

but failed. I needed a new part. :D
