Evo-R fog light issue (need help plz)

Hey guys! I just installed my new Evo-R fog light but I'm having a weird issue. Like the instructions says, I did wire the black wire with the black one,

I just installed my new Evo-R fog light but I'm having a weird issue. Like the instructions says, I did wire the black wire with the black one, the red with the red one and the white wire with the green one. The fog light will stay on all the time, even if the lights are on or off. It seems that its always on 12V like I was pressing the brakes all the time. I connected my wires right after the grommet in the trunk. Any ideas why its doing that? Thanks!
