Default Stillen Fascia Fitment Issue

I have my Z at the local highly praised body shop and they just cant get the bumper to fit properly. If you push it into place in the front so it lines up with the hood properly, it pops out under the headlights. If you line it up properly with the bottom of the headlights, you have a huge gap at the front of the hood??

I've asked the guys at Stillen to make contact with the body shop tomorrow since the guys at the shop are throwing their hands up and ready to put the OEM one on. This would really suck since I really need the extra airflow for the Stillen intercooler and oil cooler.

I've searched on here but haven't found anyone else reporting this but I'm hoping it's just a matter of following a certain sequence in putting it on. Please let me know if anyone has experienced this before.
