Dome light LED replacement?

I got the cover off, but I cant seem to figure out how to pull the bulb. Do I just pry at it? I feel like my sweaty hands are going to crush the bulb if I keep trying! I'm trying to replace with LED's will it be a clean swap once the bulb is removed?

Yeah I saw that video and it was pretty shitty quality. I got it, just needed to pry just behind the bulb to pull it out.

Edit: It is also a clean swap.
