Default Custom Headlights Thread!

Forgive me if one has already been made, I searched and couldn't seem to find one.

I plan on doing my headlights up this weekend, maybe, and wanted to see what other owners have done to their headlights.

Post what you have done, I will update my post with mine when they are done.

Custom HEADLIGHT Paint & Lighting MODIFICATIONS|Photos & Details|UPDATED SUMMER 2011

That is the only thread you need. I wasn't that into modded headlights initially but after checking their stuff out, I'm sold on them.

Since you want to go the DIY route. This is where the pros get their stuff:

The Retrofit Source Inc

You can also get LED stuff from:

LEDs - flexible LED strips, LED modules, 12v LEDs

Get the 2015 Nismo headlights and then sell yours. Plug and play.

Is that still silver or is it like a gradient on those headlights? I think it's the light playing tricks but not sure.

Can you please find out what color that is? Was it just regular paint? I want to do something similar to my Nismo but with red shrouds.

in the picture here it was the Nissan 370Z gunmetal grey. I had it repainted recently tho by a better painter with a more metallic grey and a glossy Pearl white

So it wasn't the anthracite color of the wheels yet more of a gunmetal color?
