OK, it just took me about an hour to grind the two nuts off the housing unit. I connected the fog light up to the wiring harness and got nothing.

OK, it just took me about an hour to grind the two nuts off the housing unit. I connected the fog light up to the wiring harness and got nothing. I turned the lights on and applied the brake, got nothing. I also tried the light switch turned to the fog light switch, and still nothing.
