Default Shine Amuse Fitment questions

So I am at the shop and they are fitting my sides and rear amuse from shine. I need help from anyone who has experience with this. For the side skirts, how did you attach them to the car?? Did you just bolt in by the door jam? What about by the fender? how did you attach it there? Same way?

Also with the rear bumper. On OEM there is a top and bottom bracket for our hatch pop mechanism. With shine amuse rear, it only has one bracket not the top. It does not fit snug and has some wiggle room as opposed to one with the appropriate OEM bracket...Did you guys have to customize something for fitment, or is there some tricks to the install that the years of wisdom has bestowed on someone more knowledgeable than myself. Please chime in!
