What are some good weighted shift knobs?
I like the TWM knobs but they are expensive. Anyone have any recommendations?

Voodoo Magnum
not super heavy but heavier than stock and allows you to go lower than stock. http://www.the370z.com/members/dr_-a...doo-magnum.jpg |

Password JDM v2 shift knob
Great weight, made a significant difference in the "feel" of changing gears. http://www.the370z.com/members/osbor...shift-knob.jpg |

that egg shaped top is ergonomically incorrect for 2nd and 4th gear shifts. |
I just ordered the polished Blackline shift knob. It looks beautiful and at 7.1 onces is very heavy, plus, $79.99 price tag is pretty low for such a nice knob. Should arrive this week. With a TWM short shifter I think my Z will shift like a dream.

Thought I read manlyweiner.. in a knob thread.:ugh:

Sorry for bringing this back from the dead! Anyone try the 10x1.25 momo knobs? What is a good weight or what is preferred?
|
I considered that knob, but it ways about the same as stock.
Around 1.4 pounds is just right. |
