I wonder if the ecu shuts down the srm and ac as a kind of a fail safe for the code your constantly throwing? So as not to cause any harm from spiked revs from downshifting?
Sorry man,I'm 8 beers deep and grasping at straws! Wish I could be more help. This would pic my arse to no end if it was happening to me.

Chances are if your under warranty,and the stealership sees any aftermarket on your car,you'll be eating the bill. Make sure you go over it with a fine tooth comb before bringing it in. Seems your handy,you just might find the problem.

My idle is having issues now and it is not wanting to start, I'm seriously getting pissed at this car. Already had a transmission replaced, the tail lights replaced because they had water in them, then i had DRLs replaced because they were full of water! Now this! unbelievable
