Who makes this side skirt and is it still available?

It kinda looks the NS Style side skirts, but the tail end of the skirt remains flat instead of rising.

That's the Sunline Racing body kit....or a knock-off.

Meh....guess the search continues. Saw another picture of it on a white Z, where you can really see the shape of it. Not really interested anymore. That picture above of the Red Z has the front tire perfectly placed to where you dont see the weird indention on the front of the skirt.
