New Rear lower light

Has anyone see or used this product yet? I was thinking about it and they have 15% off for the next day too. It looks like it will work with aftermarket diffusers as well?

Call them. I ran into this situation with them in the past and they were not aware that the site stated "out of stock"

kenchan 04-14-2015 04:05 PM

kinda weird looking, but if it's functional..

maro 04-14-2015 07:04 PM

I really like this ,,

lesper4 04-14-2015 08:45 PM

Not in stock, it is deeper then the EVO-R one so not sure what else is required to make it fit.

wht do u mean by deeper??
its not direct fit??

lesper4 04-15-2015 02:28 PM

The EVO-R one looks to be maybe 1" deep. These looks to be close to 3"-4". I have not looked down there yet so I am not sure how it would fit or what kind of modifications would be needed.

6MT-Z34 04-15-2015 02:41 PM

The Evo-R is not as deep as the JDM fog light. This actually seems to be about the same depth as the JDM fog light but not 100% sure

Is that a bad thing? Is that a disadvantage, I mean?

kenchan 04-15-2015 04:33 PM

does he mean deep as in more pricey?

or deep as in cool? :ugh:

cooltoy 04-15-2015 04:34 PM

I think he means deep, as in the back of the housing.

Or the depth of the pockets.

maro 04-15-2015 08:06 PM

in description it says direct fit with some wiring done so i assume it will fit without modification,, i also email them abt this and they said eta 2weeks ,, i forgot to ask them abt fitment though

I don't see why a third back up light is needed.

I can't see much at night when backing up and using the camera. My driveway is lit (from garage lights) when I back my vehicle into the garage and still I have to double check before moving in reverse. I even though of replacing the reverse light bulbs in order to gain more visibility thru the camera. I just don't know which light bulbs to buy.

cooltoy 04-16-2015 12:25 AM

Change the license plate lights to LEDs. You can also change the reverse lights to LEDs. Will help a lot.

Thank you Cooltoy. I was in search of such but with so many brands and so many to choose from, I wasn't sure about quality and the real deal stuff.

Honestly idk :bowrofl:...i just mentioned it as a comment to what lesper4 said that maybe some modifications might be needed since its deeper than the evo-r one

cooltoy 04-16-2015 09:52 AM

I thought maybe you knew something.

Any feedback on this Fog Lamp?

darkphantom 05-29-2015 02:43 PM

I was about to ask the same thing, it looks pretty nice! I just don't know if it will flash like the others or just stay a solid red.

I saw a vid and it lights up brighter when brake is applied. There is no blinking on this one. But i would like to see e installed pics before pulling the trigger

JARblue 05-30-2015 07:19 PM

You can always just wire up a flashing relay in the circuit if you want it to flash.
