Changing led lights inside the Z?

So I have 2 pairs of red LED lights and I'm wanting to replace the current lights in my z but I have no idea how. Anyone know how? I

I try to take out the bulbs but it seems like there's an extra piece I need to remove, however, I have no idea which one. I am able to take the cover off. Thanks
